The Real Estate Staging Association asked those in the home staging and real estate industry to nominate and then vote on the most influential people in the Home Staging Industry. This year Felicia Pulley, the owner and operator at Buzz Creator was announced one of the top 100 people in the Home Staging Industry.
Felicia’s love for all things homes started at an early age… more than likely due to her obsession with HGTV and Trading Spaces! Felicia’s first job out of high school was working for one of the first home staging training companies StagedHomes.Com where she actually learned how to code HTML from the now web developer of StagedHomes.com Duane Leem. Over the years Felicia worked many different jobs from selling insurance, and window coverings, to working at a meat company and being the assistant manager of a salon and day spa but her heart was aways lingering for the home staging industry.
In 2016 Felicia accepted a job to work with the Real Estate Staging Association and manage their marketing efforts. Due to her role at RESA Felicia has been able to uplift and showcase home stagers work across the industry. She has collaborated with industry experts and influencers alike to raise awareness about how home staging is a must before putting your home on the market! Felicia loves the staging industry and continues to do all she can to support and create a buzz for home stagers and industry partners.
